This is my first project where I needed to use an exterior finish. I used ECOS Paints WoodShield Satin Varnish. I don’t think I’ve had the sign exposed to elements long enough to get a really good idea of how the stuff will hold up, but I’ve have been pretty happy with their stains and interior varnishes so far.

One question though, what did you seal it with to hold up to the elements/UV exposure? Every time i try to make an outdoor project, it only lasts a week or two before mold sets in.
