<h2>Building the Console</h2>
<h2>Step 1: Cut the lumber</h2>
<p>First up, we cut down all the lumber with my <a href="http://amzn.to/28Rw6dr">mini circular saw</a>.</p>
<div id="attachment_1961" style="width: 760px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><a href="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-2.jpg?ssl=1"><img data-recalc-dims="1" decoding="async" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-1961" class="size-full wp-image-1961" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-2.jpg?resize=750%2C1125&#038;ssl=1" alt="The lumber is cut" width="750" height="1125" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-2.jpg?w=750&amp;ssl=1 750w, https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-2.jpg?resize=200%2C300&amp;ssl=1 200w, https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-2.jpg?resize=683%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 683w" sizes="(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" /></a><p id="caption-attachment-1961" class="wp-caption-text">The lumber is cut</p></div>
<h2>Step 2: &nbsp;Create pocket holes</h2>
<p>Next up, we used the <a href="http://amzn.to/28P2N8T">Kreg Jig pocket hole system</a> and drilled pocket holes on the boards.</p>
<div id="attachment_1962" style="width: 760px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><a href="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-3.jpg?ssl=1"><img data-recalc-dims="1" decoding="async" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-1962" class="size-full wp-image-1962" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-3.jpg?resize=750%2C1125&#038;ssl=1" alt="Kreg Jig pocket holes" width="750" height="1125" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-3.jpg?w=750&amp;ssl=1 750w, https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-3.jpg?resize=200%2C300&amp;ssl=1 200w, https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-3.jpg?resize=683%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 683w" sizes="(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" /></a><p id="caption-attachment-1962" class="wp-caption-text">Kreg Jig pocket holes</p></div>
<h2>Step 3: Assemble the console</h2>
<p>Next we began to assemble the console piece by piece. &nbsp; The <a href="http://amzn.to/28NST6l">Kreg right angle clamps</a> were incredibly useful at this step.</p>
<div id="attachment_1963" style="width: 760px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><a href="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-4.jpg?ssl=1"><img data-recalc-dims="1" loading="lazy" decoding="async" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-1963" class="size-full wp-image-1963" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-4.jpg?resize=750%2C500&#038;ssl=1" alt="Attaching the first pieces" width="750" height="500" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-4.jpg?w=750&amp;ssl=1 750w, https://i0.wp.com/www.ashleygrenon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/diy_tv_media_console_apothecary_ana_white_woodworking-4.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" /></a><p id="caption-attachment-1963" class="wp-caption-text">Attaching the first pieces</p></div>
